I’m Chris, the founder of Chow Chariot — and I’m not a chef. I’ve actually worked in technology for years and just got frustrated with the cafeteria and Dominos thank-you’s. I found booking food trucks can be difficult too. Sure, there are other services trying to solve this, but truck owners don’t have the time, customers have to post their information online, and events that deserved great food often settled for less. A truly tragic situation, really. I’ve always believed I could do it better — smarter, faster, and with real technology behind it.

That’s why I created Chow Chariot. I wanted a cleaner, automated approach to booking food trucks. Something built on the kind of tech thinking I’ve spent my career developing — something that makes life easier for food truck owners and delivers a smoother, more reliable experience for anyone looking to book them.
